These reports are required for renewal of credentials

Each January, ministers receive a ministerial report that must be filed with the district and denominational offices in order to retain credentials with the Missionary Church. Senior pastors are responsible to see that the church statistical report is completed and returned. These reports are due February 15. The information from these reports provides data for maintaining records with the Internal Revenue Service and is a source for assessing the health and growth of the denomination.

If you file online, copies of the reports are automatically sent to the district office in which you reside and to the denominational office.
