Please pray for the following Haitian Missionary Pastors and Churches in the United States who are personally affected by the events in Port-au-Prince:
-Rev. Wilber and Anne Marie Dorilus of the All Saints Church of God in Westbury, New York, were preaching near Port-au-Prince. They were able to make contact and were unharmed, but they have not been heard from since their initial contact.
-Rev. Mezilvoix Lazar of the Haitian Missionary Church of God in Brooklyn, New York, has not heard anything from family or friends in Haiti.
-Pastor Guips Noel, who is joining the Missionary Church and pastors a church near Boston. He has had contact with his family and friends in Haiti and they are safe.
Others From the Missionary Church family in Haiti:
-Former missionary to Haiti with World Partners Canada, Marilyn McIlroy, and a team of six women arrived in Port-au-Prince on a medical mission just before the earthquake occurred. One of the women was killed when the guesthouse where they were staying collapsed. No further updates at this time. Pray Marilyn and the other women are safe. Ask God to comfort the family and friends of the woman who lost her life.
-Prayer is requested for a team from Indiana who were in Port-au-Prince at the time of the earthquake. Jared King, Alan Good, and Leon Amstutz (brother of Suanne Shidler, Midland, Michigan) have been heard from and are all safe.
Ask God to give wisdom and courage to all of the first responders who are in Haiti providing relief and for those injured to receive assistance. Pray for those who have lost loved ones.
