-Church leadership assessments to help churches identify future leadership needs (Coming 2010)
-Pastor orientation program (Available from district offices)
-Pastoral Leadership Institute
-Conventional local church pastorate (PLI)
-Missional disciple-making leadership (mPLI)
-Spanish PLI (ILP)
-J.I.T (Just-In-Time) training (coming in 2011)
-Lay leadership electives
